BOOKING POLICY

Bookings:

Bookings made will require a non-refundable deposit, which is redeemable for treatment on the day. If you are deemed not suitable for treatment for any reason decided by the staff at Amy Aesthetics, this deposit will be returned to you within 24 hours. 

Cancellations:

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event that you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will remain on your account and can be used in future treatments or redeemed on skincare products. Any cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Failure to arrive:

Clients who make a booking and fail to show to their appointment without contacting the clinic within 24 hours’ notice will result in their deposit being forfeited.

Late Arrivals:

We aim to run on time and want to ensure we can spend the allocated time with each of our clients. In the event that you are running late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may need to be cancelled, and your booking fee forfeited. This is at the discretion of Amy Aesthetics staff.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Alternatively, if you booked your appointment online you can also reschedule your appointment online if it is more than 24 hours within your appointment time. Please note: No rescheduling can be done within 24 hours of your appointment time. 

Emergencies:

In the case of an emergency, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of Amy Aesthetics. 

Child Policy

As a busy mum myself, I know how difficult it can be to come to appointments alone. Please be assured your little ones are always welcome at Amy Aesthetics. We do however not have ramp access currently to the clinic which makes it difficult in terms of bringing a pram.
